The average poverty rate of trans Saharan Africa stands about 41 percent and the words 28 poorest countries are in sub Saharan Africa with poverty rate above 30 percent .

Projections by the world banks also shows that  extreme poverty is slowing few signs of improvement in sub Saharan Africa and may keep countries ending extreme poverty by 2030.

The research identifies problems caused by conflict,week institution and lack of resilience as motor barrier's to poverty.
