I chose this question because coffee is a major part of my daily routine. Normally I drink 2-3 cups a day. I've heard conflicting opinions on the radio, through media and my peers. These "facts" have ranged anywhere from it can shorten your lifespan to it can lengthen your lifespan.
The point I'm trying to make is that I'm not sure who to believe and I want to look further into this and find out for once and for all if coffee is healthy or not.
