1.) What is something you did for your body?
This week I have continued to stay healthy by taking walks and going on runs as much as possible. As well as trying to eat as healthy as much as possible it can be hard at times because of the food available to me at work and at home. Because I am working full time I also try to get as much sleep as possible by getting to bed at a reasonable time and making sure I get a good nights rest.
2.) What is something you did for your mind?
Like in my last two reflections I having been stay occupied in my free time by taking up old hobbies that are very calming as well as fun to help positive thinking like painting and drawing. Being outside on my runs or walks and walking with friends that live close by at a safe distance apart is another way I like to relax and get my mind off things while keeping my body and mind healthy.
3.)What is something you did for your happiness?
While some restrictions are being lifted my friends and I are still social distancing while still staying connected to them via facetime, call or text. The other day I went on a nice picnic with one of my friends while it was still sunny out and it was so nice to have the hot weather back and enjoy the sun light. We made small cute snacks and caught up a bit. The weather has a very large impact on my mood and happiness so when it is sunny I try to make the most of it by going outside.
4.) What is something you did for someone else?
I am still living with my grandparents for my fathers safety but this week it was also a special week because it was my best friends birthday. Even though we could not celebrate much and be close I still was able to order her gift online and order food and have lunch at a safe distance. It felt very nice to still be able to make her day special considering the circumstances.
Here are some pictures of my picnic!
