Who makes better leaders: Introverts or extroverts - metamorphosis

Hey everyone!

In this cycle my inquiry question was Who makes better leaders: Introverts or Extroverts? I’m excited to share with you all what i’ve learned throughout this cycle!

Long before i started my inquiry project, people used to classify me as being an introvert, where as I always thought I was an ambivert. I used to be told by family and friends that i couldn’t do certain things or pursue certain careers because to them i was considered an introvert. This would frustrate me for days on end and i’m glad i chose this topic for my inquiry. My research has taught me that each of us have been given certain exquisite personality traits that allow us to be gifted in a particular area. We can’t all be good everything, and personally being a perfectionist this has helped me in almost every aspect of my life. After learning more about introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts i feel that it’s important for people to be educated about the different personality types. I believe that when you understand more about the different personalities that people may possess, you understand your own strengths and weaknesses, when you understand your strengths and weaknesses you know where in which aspects you can improve as a person. The information that I have learned throughout my inquiry such as introverts and extroverts having the same amount intelligence has helped me decide what I’d like to study in university. I’m good at communicating my ideas and being a good listener, which is why I have decided to study communications. Knowing more about the different personality traits that exist in our world can have a positive impact on our perceptions of people in society. When you know your own personality traits you can use your most effective skills to problem solve any issues that may come into your life and you can be your absolute best in your relationships at home, work, socially and even romantically. My inquiry has helped me learn more about myself and more in depth about introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts and how our brains are so uniquely different by having these different personality traits.

That concludes the end of this cycle. I hope you all learned something, hopefully about yourself! I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts and comments below!
